Every project is handcrafted in the U.S.A. in our state-of-the-art facilities in New Albany, Mississippi. We run multiple vertical production cells, and all of our frames, upholstery and seating foams are designed and cut using calibrated computer technology for guaranteed to-spec accuracy. Before the production process even begins, we select the finest materials for our products, including high-density polyurethane seating foam, kiln-dried hardwood-plywood, steel frames and market-leader Leggett & Platt recliner mechanisms. Our skilled staff moves those materials through the production process with a trained, watchful eye, making sure that each and every stage produces top-notch results.
